About Me
Hi, I’m Carly Brunclik, the owner of Birth Your Way Lake Country. I am a wife and mother, born and raised in Wisconsin. My husband, Max, and I both grew up in Lake Country and returned after many years away to start our own family. We now live here with our three kids and dog, happier than ever before. We love being so close to our families and raising our own right where we grew up!
Our oldest, Tucker (5), is a 5K student at our local school and parish. We also have two daughters, Tatum (almost 4) and Margot (2). The three kids keep my husband and me very entertained!
For 8 years, I taught high-school history but recently found my passion for pregnancy and birth support. Being blessed with three very positive yet different birth experiences with my own children, I found emotional and physical support in hiring doulas for each of my pregnancies. I found, through their support and care, my own appreciation for the encouragement they provide to women throughout such intense life moments.
My biggest inspiration is seeing other families welcome their babies into the world on their own terms. The birth of a baby is a core memory. How we experience and feel about birth is an extremely significant part of that memory too. I love to see the beauty in birth and how families blossom with the welcoming of their first, third, or even sixth baby! Birth is a miracle that I am so lucky to be a part of with each client that I serve.
My Goals
My main goal as a birth doula is to provide exemplary care and support to mothers, babies, and families throughout all phases of their birth experience. Every family deserves to have the most positive and empowering birth experience possible – whatever that may mean to them.
I strive to create that positive experience by assuring that my clients feel safe, heard, and respected throughout the entire process. Through a prenatal relationship, I come to know my clients on an individual and personal level, allowing me to tailor my role to meet their specific goals and preferences every step of the way.
My passion is to educate my clients and empower them in the choices they wish to make for their birth. Providing every client with a personalized support system helps guide them as they embark on the unforgettable journey of welcoming their baby!
