❀ 2-3 prenatal visits to meet and discuss your goals and expectations, address any concerns, and customize a birth plan that is formed by your top priorities. Additional prenatal visits and check ins are available if desired, at no additional cost.
❀ Availability via text/call/email for any questions throughout pregnancy
❀ 24/7 on-call for your birth during 38-41 weeks with a back-up doula scheduled in advance
❀ Ongoing support for you and/or your partner during labor and birth
❀ 1-4 hours post-birth support with initial bonding, comfort, and breastfeeding, if desired
❀ 1-2 postpartum home visits. Text/email check ins as needed
